MUSCAT : His Excellency Salim Ali Salim Al Hakmani, Chairman of the Consumer Protection Authority (CPA), held a meeting with the Authority’s Directors General and Department Heads to discuss recent developments and review institutional performance targets for the next phase.
During the meeting, His Excellency emphasized the importance of enhancing institutional performance and applying precise performance indicators aligned with regulatory and service advancements. He also underlined the need to strengthen work teams and intensify field monitoring and awareness efforts to ensure full compliance with laws and regulations—thereby boosting market confidence and achieving greater consumer satisfaction.
The session forms part of the CPA’s ongoing efforts to reinforce principles of good governance and advance the objectives of Oman Vision 2040, focusing on improved institutional efficiency and the integration of digital services.
