Bank Muscat organizes workshop on AI-driven marketing for its“Najahi” business banking customers

MUSCAT: As part of its ongoing endeavours to support the entrepreneurship sector, Bank Muscat, the leading financial services provider in the Sultanate of Oman, organized a workshop titled “AI-Driven Marketing for Businesses” at the Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre in Muscat Governorate. The
workshop was presented by Jess Tang, Founder & CEO of Mavic and former Chief Marketing Officer of Johnson & Johnson, and Mahmoud Bouchlif, Founder & Managing Director of Leantech SG and Mentor of Ignyte by DIFC, and was attended by several officials from the Bank as well as a group of “Najahi” Business Banking customers.

This event complements other workshops held previously to empower entrepreneurs and business owners, and reflects the Bank’s commitment to fostering
innovation and business growth in Oman.


During the workshop, Jess Tang and Mahmoud Bouchlif shed light on “AI- Driven Marketing for businesses” focusing on various aspects, including how AI can be leveraged to develop efficient marketing strategies and campaigns for entrepreneurs and businesses.

The session explored the use of modern technologies to analyze data, predict customer behavior, create automated content. The workshop also provided an opportunity for exchange of ideas and direct interaction with “Najahi” customers. Practical tools and real-life applications were explored to help participants enhance their marketing efforts and achieve sustainable business growth.

On this occasion, Abdullah Hamood Al Jufaili, Assistant General Manager – Digital Banking at Bank Muscat, highlighted the Bank’s belief in the vital role of commercial businesses in the national economy. He said: “The business environment in Oman is increasingly conducive to the growth of
