MUSCAT : His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik and His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain held a telephone conversation during which they exchanged views on key regional developments and issues of mutual concern.

The two leaders discussed ways to strengthen peace and security in the region, while also reviewing opportunities to enhance cooperation and partnership across various economic and investment sectors.

According to the Oman News Agency the call reflected the depth of the fraternal bonds between the Sultanate of Oman and the Kingdom of Bahrain, and underscored their shared commitment to advancing mutual interests and reinforcing historic ties between the two nations.
