MUSCAT – The joint exercise will continue until September 25, focusing on enhancing operational coordination and maritime combat readiness.

The launch of the exercise began with a presentation outlining the key training objectives, followed by an address from Brigadier General Ali bin Mohammed Al Hosni, Commander of the Said bin Sultan Naval Base. In his remarks, he highlighted the significance of the exercise in strengthening the combat capabilities of participating forces through a series of comprehensive training activities and simulated maritime operations.

This exercise comes as part of the Royal Navy of Oman’s annual training plans to maintain the readiness levels of its fleet and personnel in various maritime specialties, in line with its assigned national tasks.
