MUSCAT – This prestigious award earned by the Ministry, represented by its Quality Assurance Centre, honours the Centre’s outstanding efforts in enhancing the quality of healthcare services, improving patient safety, and advancing patient-centred care across the Sultanate.

It reflects the Ministry’s commitment to adopting global best practices that place the patient at the core of the healthcare system, aligning with national goals for safe, comprehensive, and sustainable healthcare delivery.


The accolade also highlights the successful collaboration among healthcare institutions in Oman, emphasising the importance of integration and teamwork in achieving excellence. It further strengthens Oman’s position as a regional leader in healthcare quality and patient experience.


The 2025 edition of the awards saw participation from 267 healthcare institutions across 12 Arab countries, each presenting innovative initiatives focused on enhancing the human experience in healthcare. The event recognised organisations that are reshaping service delivery through sustainable and patient-focused models aimed at improving outcomes and satisfaction.
