MUSCAT – Registration will begin on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, and will continue until Thursday, July 9, 2026.
According to the Ministry, registration is open exclusively to children born between July 1, 2019, and July 1, 2021. Applications for children outside this age range will not be accepted under any circumstances. Additionally, Omani applicants must ensure that both the child and the guardian possess a valid civil ID number, while expatriate applicants must hold a valid residence card issued in the Sultanate of Oman.
The registration process must be completed online by the guardian through the Ministry’s e-portal at https://eportal.moe.gov.om. After completing the online application, guardians are required to visit the selected private school in person with the child and present the necessary documents. These include the child’s medical record, confirming that all required vaccinations have been administered, and a medical report from a recognised health institution in cases where the child has a chronic illness or disability that requires special education services. The child must then undergo a medical examination at a government health institution prior to final admission.
Admission will only be granted to those who meet all specified conditions and within the designated registration period. The Ministry emphasises that no admissions will be accepted beyond the stated deadline or without fulfilling the outlined requirements.
