MUSCAT – As part of its evening inspections, the municipality, represented by the Food Control and Licensing Department in Samail, visited 50 establishments in a single day.


The inspection resulted in the issuance of four violations and the closure of one establishment found to be in serious breach of regulations.

Additionally, inspectors seized and disposed of 3.5 kilogrammes of food items deemed unfit for human consumption.
