MUSCAT – The meeting, which included representatives from relevant government bodies, studied the mechanism of implementing the Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production and Stockpiling of Bacteriological and Toxin Weapons and their Destruction.
During the meeting, participants discussed the vital role of institutional cooperation in supporting national biological security and safety. They also reviewed key future trends and the best ways to enhance national capabilities in this field.
