MUSCAT : As part of the campaign, a detailed list of zero-rated goods is being distributed to commercial establishments, allowing consumers to easily access the list by scanning a QR code. The initiative aims to empower consumers to know their rights, and ensure that VAT is applied in accordance with the laws and regulations in force.
The campaign has so far covered approximately 900 commercial establishments across the Governorate of Muscat.
