MUSCAT : The Sultanate of Oman and the Kingdom of Bahrain today began a two-day workshop in Muscat to discuss means of enhancing bilateral cooperation in the field of labour and human resources development.

The workshop seeks to exchange expertise and explore the best practices in labour market regulation. It will incoude discussions about modern employment policies, mechanisms for supporting innovation and entrepreneurship and successful models for empowering youth and women in the labour market.

The workshop reflects efforts to consolidate the two countries’ centuries-old relations, keep pace with their people’s aspirations for a more prosperous future and enhance joint cooperation with the context of the GCC march.
