AL BURAIMI : The Consumer Protection Authority (CPA) in Al Buraimi has confiscated 29 boxes of mosquito killer devices branded Par Par after finding them in violation of approved safety standards.
According to the Authority, the goods were seized as part of ongoing regulatory inspections aimed at safeguarding consumers from potentially harmful products. The CPA stressed that such items may pose risks to public health and safety if left unchecked.
Officials explained that the action comes within the Authority’s mandate to monitor markets, ensure compliance with regulations, and remove unsafe or prohibited products from circulation.
