ANKARA – The Omani delegation was led by Major General Idris bin Abdul Rahman Al Kindi, Secretary General of the National Security Council at the Royal Office, while the Turkish side was headed by H.E. Okay Memiş, Secretary General of the National Security Council of Türkiye.
During the talks, the two sides emphasised the importance of the strategic partnership between the two friendly countries and reiterated the shared commitment of their leaderships to deepen ties based on mutual trust and respect.

The discussions covered a range of regional and international issues of common interest, with a particular focus on the need to maintain security and stability in the region.
On the sidelines of the meeting, Major General Al Kindi also held several bilateral meetings with senior Turkish officials.
