Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik conveyed warm greetings and best wishes to Ibrahim Traoré, President of Burkina Faso, during an official meeting at the Presidential Palace in Ouagadougou.

The greetings were delivered by His Excellency Abdulsalam bin Mohammed Al Murshidi, Chairman of the Oman Investment Authority (OIA), who was received by the President as part of his official visit to Burkina Faso.

The meeting reviewed prospects for strengthening cooperation between the Sultanate of Oman and Burkina Faso, particularly in the fields of economy and investment. Both sides expressed their keenness to build closer partnerships and explore new opportunities that would serve the interests of the two friendly countries and their peoples.
