MUSCAT: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a cable of congratulations to President Jennifer Geerlings-Simons on being elected and sworn-in as President of the Republic of Surinam.
In the cable, His Majesty the Sultan expressed his heartfelt sentiments to President Jennifer, wishing her success in leading the people of her country and to achieve further stability and prosperity. His Majesty wished the bilateral relations further expansion and growth.
