MUSCAT : In a statement released today, the Ministry acknowledged the public’s engagement in the advancement of health services within the Sultanate. “The Ministry confirms that it handles all requests for treatment abroad with complete transparency, through an independent national committee aimed at achieving the highest levels of justice and fairness in providing healthcare services,” the clarification stated.
The Ministry also highlighted that it provides direct communication channels for clients through its call centre, allowing for inquiries about the mechanisms and procedures for treatment abroad. This approach is designed to safeguard the privacy and dignity of individuals, discouraging the dissemination of private health information on social media platforms.
Reiterating its core mission, the Ministry of Health affirmed its dedication to delivering the best possible health services and guaranteeing every individual’s right to receive appropriate treatment in a safe and reliable manner.
