MUSCAT : The major accolade, announced during a ceremony held by the festival’s organising committee, comes during Shabab Oman’s seventh international voyage under the banner ‘Glory of the Seas 2025’.


This award recognised Shabab Oman II for the outstanding performance, discipline, and spirit displayed by its crew during the festival’s crew parade and associated activities. It also highlighted Oman’s rich cultural heritage and maritime history, as well as its rich cultural heritage, through its active participation in the festival’s accompanying events, particularly marine and beach sports activities.

The Le Havre Maritime Festival, which continues until July 7, marks the tenth stop of the ship’s European voyage.
Shabab Oman II continues to sail across Europe, furthering its goal of enhancing Oman’s global maritime presence and strengthening international ties through naval diplomacy and cultural exchange.
