RIYADH: His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik has sent a written message to His Excellency the President of Bulgaria regarding bilateral relations between the two friendly countries and ways to enhance them.
The message was delivered by His Excellency, the non-resident Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to Bulgaria, during a reception held by the Bulgarian President at the Presidential Palace in Sofia.
