CAIRO: Sgt. Madin bin Saeed Al Yousfi of the Royal Court Affairs earned the third-place finish with an impressive time of 34.89 seconds—faultless and fast—while riding his horse Hyper G. His performance stood out among strong contenders at the global event, marking a major achievement for Oman in the international military sporting arena.
The Omani Military Equestrian Team, represented by members from the Royal Court Affairs, is participating as part of broader efforts by the Sultan’s Armed Forces and other military and security institutions to engage in global championships under the umbrella of the International Military Sports Council (CISM).
This participation reflects the Sultanate’s commitment to enhancing its military sports presence, improving the performance of its national teams, and fostering excellence through exposure to international standards. The event, featuring 60 riders from 20 countries across various continents, offers a platform for technical development, physical training, and competitive experience.
