RIYADH: Organized by the Gulf securities market regulators under the umbrella of the GCC General Secretariat, the third edition of the Gulf Smart Investor Award honored 44 winners from across the region. The event was held under the patronage of His Excellency Jassim bin Mohammed Al-Budaiwi, Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council.
The award celebrates excellence in four creative fields—video production, drawing, photography, and writing—and targets participants from three main groups: individuals, university students, and school students.

Sarah bint Hamad Al Maamari, who won third place in photography under the university category.
