Muscat – As per a statement from the Centre, laboratory tests had revealed the presence of microbiological impurities, including Coliform and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, in the 5-gallon bottles of ‘Al Furath’ water, originating from the United Arab Emirates.
In response, authorities have begun withdrawing the product from markets across the Sultanate and have banned its further entry into the country.
Consumers are advised not to consume the affected product and to dispose of any remaining bottles to avoid health risks.
