Muscat: The new facility is a key pillar in strengthening Khazaen’s position as a fully integrated investment hub, designed to meet investors’ needs and accelerate sustainable economic growth by simplifying and speeding up procedures.
The one-stop shop offers a unified platform where investors can complete various essential services—ranging from commercial registration and licensing to land leasing, building and environmental permits, and visa services—all under one roof. This streamlined approach is expected to significantly enhance service efficiency and reduce transaction times.
Services were developed in coordination with major government bodies, including the Royal Oman Police, the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion, the Ministry of Labor, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, and the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry, among others. This collaboration ensures that the new system is fully equipped to support and empower investors.
