Moscow – His Excellency Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Federation, led the reception, warmly welcoming His Majesty the Sultan and the accompanying Omani delegation.
The Russian President expressed his best wishes for a successful and productive visit and extended his hopes for a pleasant stay in the Russian capital.
Following the official welcome, the national anthems of both Oman and Russia were played, highlighting the ceremonial spirit and diplomatic importance of the occasion.
