Muscat – A total of 3,995 complaints were received in 2024, marking a 31 percent increase compared to 2023. The TRA noted that over 67 percent of these complaints were monitored and addressed through its website, highlighting the authority’s focus on digital platforms. Additionally, 27 percent of complaints were handled via WhatsApp, with smaller percentages managed through phone and email communication channels.
