MUSCAT : According to the latest meteorological reports, clouds of varying heights are expected to move over the northern regions, bringing scattered rainfall to Al Dhahirah, Al Buraimi, and North Al Batinah governorates. The rain is expected to gradually expand over the coming hours.
The Meteorology Department also warned of the likelihood of low clouds and fog forming late at night and early in the morning, particularly over parts of South Al Sharqiya, Al Wusta, and Dhofar governorates. Additionally, there is a chance of dust rising due to winds, especially in desert and open areas.
The forecast also alerts residents to be cautious as there is a chance of reduction in visibility due to dust, fog and rain.
