Muscat: Qais Mohammed Al Yousef, Minister of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion today received Mawlawi Amir Khan Muttaqi, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed ways to enhance trade and investment relations between Oman and Afghanistan, with a focus on exploring opportunities for cooperation and partnership across various sectors.
The discussions also covered improving the business environment, attracting investments, facilitating trade procedures, and supporting initiatives aimed at strengthening economic ties between the two countries and increasing the volume of trade exchange.
