MUSCAT : The agreement, for the offshore concession area of Bukha Platforms in Musandam Governorate, was signed on behalf of the Ministry of Defence by Air Commodore Zahran Nasser Ambusaidi, Chief of Staff Officer of the Royal Air Force of Oman, and Dr. Ibrahim Saleh Al Saleh, OQ Exploration and Production Company’s Executive Director for Musandam Sector.
