Muscat – The meeting, chaired by His Excellency Sheikh Sultan Matar Al Azizi, Chairman of the Legal Committee, and attended by members of the Committee and employees of the General Secretariat, reviewed the Shura Council’s report on the draft law, which stems from Oman’s role in supporting human rights and the values of justice that it upholds.
The draft law on ‘Combating Human Trafficking’ aims to keep pace with practical developments, as well as adapt to regional and international experiences in the field of combating these crimes.
