Bringing over 18 years of experience, Essam Al Ismaili has held key leadership roles at Awasr, Onser, Ooredoo Oman, Du (UAE), and the Digital Cooperation Organization (KSA). His expertise spans commercial strategy, market expansion, digital transformation, and customer relationship management—all critical to Namaa Water Services’ growth plans.

Qais bin Saud Al Zakwani, CEO of Nama Water Services, emphasized that Al Ismaili’s appointment marks a significant milestone for the company.
