MUSCAT : During the meeting, His Excellency the Minister of Foreign Affairs conveyed the warm greetings of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik to His Excellency President Aoun, along with His Majesty’s best wishes for the President’s good health, wellness, and for the continued progress and prosperity of the Lebanese people.

The Minister also expressed His Majesty’s hopes for the further growth and strengthening of Omani-Lebanese relations, with a focus on continued fruitful cooperation between the two nations.

In return, His Excellency President Aoun entrusted His Excellency Albusaidi to convey his heartfelt greetings and appreciation to His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik. The President wished His Majesty continued success and guidance, as well as prosperity for the Omani people. He also expressed his hope for further development and deepening of the strong ties between the two brotherly countries.

The meeting was attended by His Excellency Dr. Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Saidi, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to Lebanon, along with several officials from both the Omani and Lebanese sides. The discussions focused on enhancing bilateral relations and exploring areas of mutual cooperation between Oman and Lebanon.
