Muscat – As per the statistics, Oman welcomed 1.95 million Arab visitors by the end of 2024, marking a 1.3 percent increase compared to 2023. These visitors constituted a significant 50.2 percent of the total number of visitors to the country.
The top six Arab nationalities visiting Oman, in terms of visitor numbers, were:
• United Arab Emirates (UAE): 1.1 million visitors
• Yemen: 203,000 visitors
• Saudi Arabia: 109,900 visitors
• Egypt: 74,000 visitors
• Kuwait: 35,200 visitors
• Bahrain: 33,300 visitors
