His Majesty wished His Majesty the Emperor, through the congratulatory telegram, continued success and successive achievements at all levels, and to meet all the aspirations of the friendly Japanese people in terms of escalating developments and comprehensive growth, and for the relations of cooperation and partnership between the two countries to open new horizons in several fields.
