This new project is set to strengthen the charitable team’s societal role, providing sustainable resources to support its wide array of humanitarian and charitable activities. It aims to enhance social solidarity in the state and offer lasting support for those in need.

The building will be constructed on an area covering 1,480 square meters, with a total construction area of 3,975 square meters across three floors. The ground floor will feature 19 shops and a showroom, while the first and second floors will house 28 residential apartments. The estimated cost of the project is approximately RO 500,000, with an anticipated annual return of RO 72,000, which will be reinvested into the team’s charitable programs.

The “Waqf Hayat” project, launched by the Jalan Bani Bu Ali Charitable Team in 2021, aims to assist over 40,000 families across various charitable sectors. This includes supporting orphans, providing Iftar meals for those fasting, caring for the elderly, sponsoring poor families, offering housing assistance, and other charitable acts. Over the past three years, the team has contributed over one million Omani riyals toward these initiatives.
