MUSCAT : The agreement aims to facilitate expertise exchange in developing administrative practices and generating innovative ideas for human capital growth.
The memorandum was signed by His Excellency Mr. Salem bin Muslim bin Ali Al Busaidi, Undersecretary for Human Resources Development at the Ministry of Labour, and Dr. Musa bin Abdullah Al Kindi, Dean of the Modern College of Business and Science.
The objectives of the memorandum include facilitating opportunities for the college staff to present scientific papers or lead workshops at conferences and forums organised by the Ministry. The collaboration also aims to enhance the delivery of training programs and workshops through e-training platforms such as the ‘Excellence Platform for Human Resources Development’.
Additional highlights of the agreement include offering summer training opportunities for college students, providing professional and academic qualifications to government employees, and utilizing the facilities of both institutions for training and development purposes.
Both parties will also work to organise seminars, dialogues, and events featuring regional and international experts to support human resource development in Oman. The partnership represents a significant step towards promoting the exchange of knowledge and expertise to build a more skilled workforce in the country.
