MUSCAT : The announcement of grants offered by the French Embassy in Muscat states thus: “The Higher Education Admission Center (HEAC), in collaboration with the Directorate General of Scholarships, is pleased to announce the availability of study grants offered by the French Embassy in Muscat for master degree programs for the academic year 2025/2026. Registration will be available through the HEAC postgraduate system on the official website (www.heac.gov.om) starting Monday, May 26, 2025, until Monday, June 9, 2025, at 2:00 PM (Muscat timer).”

HEAC emphasises that all applicants must be registered in the Ministry’s electronic system, ensuring that all their higher education qualifications are updated and complete.

Applicants are advised to update their electronic records in the Ministry’s database no later than three days before the registration deadline. Additionally, technical support for the registration process will be available until three days before the deadline, during official working hours.
