Muscat – The Royal Oman Police (ROP) stated that five Arab expatriates were apprehended in connection with the crime.
The suspects were on board a boat in the Wilayat of Mirbat in Dhofar when they were intercepted by the Coast Guard. The illegal khat was seized, and the individuals were arrested.
Authorities are currently completing the legal procedures against the arrested individuals.
