MUSCAT : In a move that reflects Oman’s commitment to strengthening its position as a global destination for digital investments, the Ministry of Transport, Communications, and Information Technology, along with a large number of Omani telecommunications and IT companies, will participate for the third consecutive time in the global tech event “LEAP” 2025. The event will be held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, from February 9 to 12, 2025, under the slogan “Into New Worlds.”
This year, the Ministry is participating under the slogan “Connecting the World” to highlight Oman’s strategic geographic location as a key hub for international internet routes and its advanced digital environment that attracts digital investments. The participation will also focus on showcasing the progress achieved by Omani companies and the distinguished products and services they offer in telecommunications, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, drones, space services, the Internet of Things, and other advanced technologies.
Oman’s pavilion this year includes more than 46 Omani companies specializing in information and communications technology, providing them with an opportunity to showcase their products and services and expand into regional and international markets.
