MUSCAT : The establishment of this specialised court aims to ensure the swift, professional, and effective resolution of investment and commercial disputes, thereby enhancing investor confidence and facilitating the growth of the Omani economy.

His Majesty emphasized that this comes within the framework of the Oman’s vision to enhance the investment environment and attract capital, by providing a specialized judiciary that supports the growth of businesses and ensures the protection of the rights of litigants.

His Majesty also noted the essential role of the judiciary in achieving justice and consolidating the principles of the rule of law, pointing out the importance of modernising the justice system in line with the requirements of the era and the aspirations of citizens and in line with Oman Vision 2040.
