Muscat – A joint technical team from the Ministry and Muscat Municipality is actively working to resolve these issues.
The lease contract registration service was launched recently as part of efforts to enhance and streamline services for beneficiaries. This service followed a trial phase in a testing environment before its official launch. However, users faced some technical challenges during the initial rollout. The joint technical team has since addressed most of these issues.
In a statement, the Ministry clarified that users are encouraged to update building address details by scanning the QR code provided. Beneficiaries are also advised to submit new applications through the Oman Business Platform. The Ministry apologised for any inconvenience caused and emphasized its commitment to improving services to meet the public’s expectations.
