MUSCAT : The initiative is part of Oman Airports’ ongoing efforts to enhance infrastructure and promote investment in the growing airport city.

As per the RFP guidelines, all participating companies and real estate developers are required to submit a bank guarantee issued by a locally registered bank, valid for 180 days from the date of submission. The guarantee should be addressed to the chairman of the Internal Tender Committee, as outlined in the RFP document.

Bidders are required to submit their proposals via the official portal, following the instructions provided in the RFP. To participate, interested companies must first register their profiles on the Oman Airports vendor management portal. After verification and approval of their accounts, bidders will be able to access the RFP document electronically and obtain further details about the investment opportunity.
The RFP document is available for purchase through the Oman Airports portal at https://apps.omanairports.com/ePortal, with payment options provided on the site. Additionally, a QR code for easy access to the portal is available for bidders.

Oman Airports has emphasized that only bids that fully meet the specified requirements will be considered, and any bids not in compliance with the guidelines may be rejected. Furthermore, payments received after the specified deadline for RFP purchases will not be refunded.
