Al Dakhiliyah hosts meeting to boost Omani talents through new national system

The Governorate of Al Dakhiliyah today hosted an introductory meeting on the "National System for Capacity Building and Talent Management" at the University of Technology and Applied Sciences in Nizwa.

MUSCAT : Organized in cooperation with the Ministry of Labour, the event aimed to spotlight a national initiative designed to harness exceptional talents in Oman and align them with the country’s development goals.

Under the patronage of His Excellency Sheikh Hilal bin Saeed Al Hajri, Governor of Al Dakhiliyah, the meeting emphasized the importance of detecting and nurturing talent through a comprehensive system tailored to support Oman Vision 2040.

Dr. Zamzam bint Saif Al Lamki, Director of the project, delivered a detailed presentation on the system’s objectives. She highlighted its role in developing exceptional competencies and creating an integrated framework to foster human development, thereby contributing to Oman’s socio-economic progress.

Ahmed bin Marhoon Al Busaidi, Head of the National Capacity Building Team, delved into the significance of the knowledge economy. He underscored how identifying and supporting exceptional talents can serve as a cornerstone for sustainable national growth.
