MUSCAT : Held annually, the forum aligns with the high directives of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, emphasizing the importance of open dialogue and fostering active citizen participation in shaping the nation’s future.
This year’s forum seeks to build stronger communication between the government and society, addressing challenges, aligning with aspirations, and involving citizens in developmental strategies. It aims to promote transparency by explaining government policies and priorities while welcoming constructive visions from participants to support national development programs.
The two-day event will kick off with two discussion sessions on February 26. The morning session will delve into the economy and development, exploring topics such as the eleventh five-year plan, economic diversification, energy futures, the digital economy, artificial intelligence, urban development, investment, and entrepreneurship.
