MUSCAT: Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik on Wednesday issued two Royal Decrees
The first decree approved the organizational structure of the Royal Court Affairs, and the second decree promoted Brigadier General Dr. Saif bin Zaher bin Saif Al Salmi to the rank of Major General and appointing him as Head of the Special Medical Unit Affairs in the Royal Court Affairs.
