Muscat: In its announcement, the Ministry addressed both male and female scholarship students, stating that subsistence allowances for the period from September to December 2024 have been disbursed retroactively. This payment was made in line with the principles and controls established by the National Support System.
Additionally, the Ministry noted that students from the previous social security category, who have historically received allowances, will receive their living stipends in two batches during this week.
