MUSCAT : As part of the Ruwad Alizz Leadership Programme, Alizz Islamic Bank welcomed Mr. Abdulaziz Al Balushi, Group CEO of Oman International Development and Investment Company S.A.O.G (Ominvest), as a keynote speaker for an insightful session with the candidates of the fourth batch of the programme. The session highlighted the biggest challenges facing leaders today, the importance of transparency, the importance of continued learning and how to always lead by example.
The ‘Ruwad Alizz’ programme is a comprehensive leadership development journey that spans various stages of study. Initially, employees engage with Harvard University, accessing educational online materials. as part of the programme, participants conduct independent research on a specific leadership topic and experience a comprehensive and accelerated development journey. The programme facilitates a assimilation of diverse experiences and leadership styles throughout the 6 months course.

Ruwad Alizz Programme is designed to empower and develop 40 employees annually, 20 from Alizz Islamic Bank and 20 from other esteemed Government & Private Sector institutions as part of the Bank’s strategic direction and sustainability drive. The program entails six consecutive months of dedicated study, with the first, second and third batches having already more than 90 successful Ruwad Alizz graduates.
