MUSCAT : His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik has issued two significant royal decrees. Royal Decree No. (59/2024) establishes a system for signing contracts and managing the financial obligations of the state. Meanwhile, Royal Decree No. (60/2024) ratifies an agreement between Oman and Ireland to eliminate double taxation on income taxes.
