MUSCAT: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik on Tuesday bestowed the ‘Oman Civil Order’ (Second Grade) on His Excellency Qais bin Mohammed Al Yousef, Minister of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion.
The award was given marking the 54th Glorious National Day and in appreciation to his roles in carrying out the national duty.
