MUSCAT: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik on Sunday received a written message from His Highness Mishal Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, Emir of Kuwait.
The message includes an invitation to His Majesty to attend the 45th GCC Summit, scheduled to be held in Kuwait in December.
The message was received by His Excellency Sayyid Badr Al Busaidi, Foreign Minister during his meeting with his Kuwait counterpart Abdullah Al Yahya in Muscat.
