MUSCAT : Aimed at providing job seekers with valuable skills and hands-on experience in the labor market, the program, which was formalized through a signed cooperation agreement between the two organizations, is set to empower Oman’s national workforce.

In a recent ceremony, Brigadier General Jamal bin Saeed bin Mohammed Al Taie, Vice Chairman of the Oman Automobile Association, and His Excellency Mr. Salem bin Muslim Al Busaidi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Labour for Human Resources Development, officially launched the training program. The program’s core objective is to train job seekers within the shooting clubs affiliated with the Oman Automobile Association, specifically targeting those seeking to enhance their job-readiness and technical expertise.
The initiative, which will run for 12 months, will focus on training job seekers with post-secondary diplomas and those with a General Education Diploma or less, providing them with valuable experience on the job. The Ministry is encouraging all eligible job seekers to register and explore these training opportunities, available through the Dawam platform.
