MUSCAT: At investment valued at RO 12 million, ‘Malak Tower’, a new investment landmark was officially launched at the W Hotel in Muscat on Tuesday.
The event was held under the patronage of His Excellency Abdulsalam bin Mohammed Al Murshidi, President of the Oman Investment Authority (OIA). Malak Tower is the result of a strategic partnership between His Highness Sayyid Dr Kamil bin Fahd Al Said, Secretary-General of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, the project owner; Al Khalili Group, the developer; and Tibiaan, responsible for marketing and management.
Malak Tower, a Grade A office building, will be located on the Sultan Qaboos Street, will feature a total built-up area of 17,000 square metres across 12 storeys, including two basement levels for parking, a ground floor for retail spaces, and nine floors of office units. Set for completion by the end of 2027, Malak Tower will enable companies and individual investors to own offices and commercial spaces at competitive prices.
