Developed through the Ministry’s Smart Management Project, Nadeem is an interactive AI assistant tailored to the Omani context. It considers local values and culture while providing personalised career guidance.

‘Nadeem’ seeks to enhance employees’ skills and improve their performance by asking probing questions that help them discover their own capabilities and career options, and make sound decisions. Trained on a variety of scientific methodologies, Nadeem incorporates best practices in training, guidance, counselling and psychological tests.

“Nadeem adheres to strict ethical guidelines to ensure the confidentiality and accuracy of conversations. Nadeem’s model works through the latest generative artificial intelligence products, 3D technology, and both written and voice conversation features,” stated the announcement from the ministry, pointing out that additional features of Nadeem would be revealed following the conclusion of the trial period.
